Exceptional: Our Marchesi 960 Panettone has also been chosen by Pacha Ibiza!
Pacha, one of the world’s most famous, iconic, and historic brands for discotheques and clubbing, celebrated for its glamorous atmosphere, top-tier music, and iconic red cherries logo, has chosen our Panettone for its most valued clients and to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
In the midst of producing the Official Panettone for the Milan Cortina Olympic and Paralympic Games, another extraordinary challenge took over our production laboratory and put Master Silvano Marchesi to the test: to conceive in one week, produce, and deliver to Ibiza what would become Pacha’s 2025 Christmas Sweet.
The essential starting points were the three-day process, the slow leavening, and, clearly, the decision to maintain some production stages carried out entirely by hand directly by the Master, already a winner of the Best Panettone of Lombardy award in 2015 and 2022 at the Panettone Day Contest.
Then there are the cherries – you can’t think about producing a Panettone for Pacha without starting with cherries!
We shared with the Director of Customer Experience and Pacha Restaurant that it would be very interesting, drawing inspiration from the logo’s cherries, to produce a Panettone that specifically featured this element. And indeed, decisively so, with a percentage of over 20%! Cherries are the protagonists, quite simply, and of superlative quality, as only we in Italy know how to make.
The Pacha Panettone also inspired the creation of our Cherry Colomba, which we proposed for Easter 2026, alongside six other flavors that you can explore on our site.
