Our tradition

Our story and that of our Traditional Panettone began in 1960.
Three generations have passed the baton, from father to son, opening the workshop every morning with the same passion: kneading, baking, and baking, as they once did.

For us, being faithful to tradition doesn’t mean repeating the same gestures over and over again, but rather transmitting values.
Values ​​that evolve, that adapt, that guide every choice and every change, always remaining at the heart of what we do.

As we like to remember:

“Tradition is not about keeping ashes, but about keeping a flame alive.”

And it is precisely this passion that drives us to continually improve our original recipe, with care and respect, and to explore new flavor variations to meet the desires of those who, like us, love an authentic panettone that is open to the future.

Over the years, this dedication has been recognized even outside the laboratory: our panettone was awarded Best Panettone in Lombardy in 2015 and 2022.
In 2025, our panettone became the Official Artisan Panettone of the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, an Official Licensed Product.
